With over two decades in gas pipelines & energy infrastructure, Pearse has led developments, engineering, construction & emergency response across major projects & programs.
He has guided 4,500 km of pipeline design at Shell + 400 km of new corridors to sanction gates at Santos, leading mega-scale gas field development. Qualified as a PMP®, PMI-RMP® & CSCP, he has consulted on solar, wind & green hydrogen for owners and as project manager on
SAF Production facility project (€150M).
As founder, Pearse positions BOOM as a leader in hydrogen infrastructure, driving the transition to green molecules.

Senior Project Manager for Shell / Worley on Europe’s Largest HVO & SAF Facility (€1.2B). Managed hydrogen FEED projects for Ørsted and SAF engineering at Bilfinger, specializing in hydrogen & renewable infrastructure from feasibility to execution.
At BOOM, directing technology strategy, pipeline development, and full lifecycle project execution for hydrogen infrastructure solutions.

Andrew is an accomplished pipeline operations and infrastructure expert with 25+ years of experience delivering safety-critical pipeline systems.
As Global Integrity Manager & Technical Authority TA2 at BG Group, he oversaw thousands of kilometres of high-pressure pipelines, gas facilities, and LNG plants.
In his role as Technical and Integrity Manager on the 810km Trans-Adriatic Pipeline, Andrew ensured safe, reliable operations from design to commissioning.
Leveraging his recent work in H2 feasibility, he drives BOOM’s pipeline design, integrity philosophies, risk reduction, and operational readiness.

Jan brings 45+ years in pipeline engineering and project management, with deep expertise in hydrogen pipeline design, integrity, and operations.
As a Hydrogen Infrastructure Technical Authority, he has led multiple detailed design for hydrogen pipelines, covering process conditions, material selection, emergency response, integrity management, and operational safety.
His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle — from design and construction to O&M and risk management covering thousands of kilometres of gas pipelines.
At BOOM, Jan leads pipeline design, execution, and integrity to deliver safe, scalable hydrogen transport solutions.

Marina brings 25 years of legal, regulatory, and commercial expertise in energy, specializing in hydrogen and renewable markets across Europe.
With senior roles at Repsol and Cepsa, she has led high-value hydrogen and energy transition projects.
A contributor to the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance and CertifHy®, and a Professor of Hydrogen Management and Master of Energy and Energy Transition, Marina excels in contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
At BOOM, she secures regulatory approvals and structures commercial agreements to drive sustainable growth.

Carlos is former CEO of Mitsubisho Power Europe, having founded the 1st office in Spain, expanding to 10 countries, incl. leading strategy on H2 transition.
Now VP of Business Development at TES, advancing green hydrogen and
e-NG projects through partnerships with IPPs, OEMs, and renewable companies. Previously at AES, he oversaw facility EPC, power network & gas pipeline O&M + Operations of power plants.
With expertise in regulatory frameworks & partnerships, Carlos ensures scalable, sustainable business development, and profitable and safe operations
